Cocoa Brown Tan Review

9:00 am

Over the years I've been trying out a range of different fake tans as my skin is very pale and I want to have a nice golden glow. A lot of people with pale skin recommended the Cocoa Brown tan, so I decided to give it a try. Cocoa Brown is a rub in mousse tan that develops in just one hour. You don't get a tanning mitt with this tan, so I went and bought one from my local drugstore.

Cocoa Brown was really easy to apply and it blended in really well. It wasn't messy and you only needed a little bit at a time as it goes a long way. You are fine to get changed into loose clothing after applying it as it dries quick and doesn't feel wet on your skin. I quite like the smell of this tan as it has a citrus scent to it.

After one hour my tan was done and I was a nice golden brown colour. The colour isn't that dark and only made me around two shades darker than my natural colour, but it did make a big difference. I wasn't patchy or streaky anywhere which is good. This was the first rub in tan I have tried, so it just shows how easy it is to apply. My tan stayed on for three days, which isn't that long compared to other tans I have tried.

Overal I would recommend the Cocoa Brown Tan as it is a good quality tan and only costs £7.99! You can buy it from Feel Unique and Superdrug.

  1. I've been hearing some really good things about this fake tan. I've always been a St Tropez girl but actually I'm going to try Cocoa Brown. Bargain price too. Thanks for the review x

  3. Tried cocoa brown 1 hour and left on for 3 hours (darker tan) I am very fair skinned and the colour looks fab! Not in the slightest bit fake, no streaks, no smell just a perfect tan. I have tried ALL the fake tans out there and this by far beats them all on end result and on price. BRILLIANT!!
