Kerastase Ciment Thermique Review

9:00 am

I was introduced to the Kerastase Ciment Thermique when I started my hairdressing training and since then it has become my favourite styling product. I like to use the Ciment Thermique on wet hair before blowdrying to give the hair protection from the heat.

The Ciment Thermique has vita-ciment and vita-topseal in it, which helps to repair dry and brittle hair. The vita-ciment strengthens the hair fibre from the inside, and the vita-topseal leaves hair feeling smooth from root to tip.

This product has a creamy texture to it, but it doesn't make the hair feel sticky. It has a lovely citrus smell to it and it is easily absorbed by the hair. Since using the Ciment Thermique, I have noticed that my hair looks and feels healthier. It is always nice and shiny after using it too. The great thing about this product is that you only need a small amount, so it will last you forever.

The only problem I have with this product is that when you get to the end of the tube, the product can be hard to get out because the tube is so hard and stiff. However, since writing this review, Kerastate have changed the design of the tube to a soft, flexible one, which is much easier to get the product out of. Here is a picture of the new tube design below.

I would defiantly recommend the Kerastase Ciment Thermique to anyone with dry, brittle or damaged hair as it helps to repair it and makes your hair lovely and shiny, and smell nice too! You can purchase it from most hairdressers and online from Look Fantastic for £15.60.
