Mac Matchmaster Foundation 1.5 Review

9:00 am

Since I started wearing fake tan, my original mac foundation became too light for me, which meant that I had an excuse to try out a different foundation. I decided to try the matchmaster foundation, which has an SPF of 15.

The thing that I noticed about this foundation is that unlike my last mac foundation, this one came with it's own pump. You can slide the lid from left to right to lock and unlock the pump, which is a good idea to stop unwanted spillages in your makeup bag.

Moving onto the foundation itself, when I applied the foundation to my skin, it didn't feel heavy or look cakey. It gave my skin a nice medium coverage with an almost matte finish. It stayed on my skin for a good 8-10 hours, without needing any touch ups, which is great! The match master foundation was also easily blended into my skin, so it is good for people who like to mix shades of foundation to use when contouring.

I would defiantly recommend the mac matchmaster foundation, as it feels lovely and soft on your skin and makes your face look even and smooth. You can purchase it from any mac store or counter for £28/$35.

What's your favourite foundation?
