Illamsqua Beguile Pure Pigment Review

The Beguile Pure Pigment by Illamasqua is one of those products that everyone needs to have in their makeup bag. It is so versatile that you can use it on the eyes, brows and cheeks. You can use it to create a stunning night time look, or keep it simple with a little black liner for the daytime.

Beguile is a silvery white colour which would suit any skin tone. it is best applied on top of something sticky, like an eye primer or a creamy eye base like the MAC Paint Pots, so that the glitter has something to stick to. It also looks more intense and stands out more when applied on top of a base. Unlike other glitters this one isn't very messy and doesn't fall all over your face. You can apply it with your finger by pressing it onto the eye.

The packaging for this product has a lot of bad write up, with people saying that the glitter gets every where when you open it up. Inside the tub is a small hole which is covered with a sticker when you first open it. Once the sticker is peeled off, it won't stick back down as well as it did. This means you do have to be careful when opening the lid as you may loose glitter. To be perfectly honest I haven't had a problem with loosing lots of glitter so may be I'm not as heavy handed as most people.

Overall I would recommend the Illamasqua Beguile Pure Pigment as it stays on all day, it's easy to remove and looks so pretty! You can purchase it from Illamasqua for £16.50, which is quite expensive.

Have you tried any of the Pure Pigments before?
